API focuses on activities that support the interests of members and stakeholders of the National TPT industry, with the aim of developing and improving the National TPT sector.
This activity was implemented through collaboration with various textile and non-textile stakeholders, such as the government, textile and textile industry entrepreneurs, the textile machinery industry community, designer associations, universities and academics, the media, textile observers and experts, and NGOs. This collaboration resulted in:
- Information related to the Indonesian TPT industry
- Actual development data on the Indonesian TPT industry
- Research and development for the benefit of the National TPT industry
- Other basic information regarding the TPT industry and trade

Membership is open to companies and individuals working in the Indonesian textile industry. Every member has the same standing — only the kind of account differs.
Member
Publishes products in the Textile Material Center, manages a company page, and receives quotation requests.
Buyer
Browses the catalogue and sends quotation requests to members. Does not publish products.
